Hands Often Tingle When Using A Motorbike?
, want to ask the hand often tingling, why huh?
Hello San San
Tingling in the hands can be caused by several conditions such as:
Lack of blood flow Pinched nerves Nerve disorders Chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune and others
Blood flow that supplies nutrients to the body, if disturbed can cause tingling. In the hand there are several nerves that work. If the nerve is pinched, it can cause tingling to pain. For example, the nerves in the wrist that are prone to pinching on repeated use such as for typing, rubbing, rubbing, riding a motorcycle and others. Nerves that are disturbed as in an infection can cause tingling. Chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune and others can cause damage to the nerves.
It's a good idea to check with your doctor if symptoms occur frequently. Because it takes a history and direct examination to find out your condition. Without it, your condition cannot be determined. Therapy will be tailored to what you are experiencing.
In the meantime what you can do:
Eat a balanced diet Drink at least 2L of water/day Regular exercise Get enough rest 6-8 hours/day Avoid smoking Avoid taking drugs outside of doctor's advice
I hope this helps
