Hard Lump Under The Left Ear.?
Good evening, I’m Nada, I’m 21 years old. You see, I was Wednesday 4 April at night I had a cold, Thursday morning 5 April my body was hot and my head was dizzy. I Thursday is fasting, I eat chicken, it turns out I am allergic. In the afternoon I go to the Community Health Check. I was given 4 kinds of drugs. 1) for heat u0026amp; dizziness, 2) Cough, 3) Inflammation, 4) Allergy, runny nose, u0026amp; itchy. I take all medicines except for coughs and I drink only when I open them. Friday morning and afternoon I still drink and feel better, not at night. My mistake, I drank ice at night. Saturday morning my cold recurred worse, and I felt pain in the back of my head under my ears. I touched that part, it turned out there was a hard caudal under my left ear behind my head and it hurt a lot. My throat also hurts a lot. So what’s wrong with me? and what should i do? Thank you for your understanding.
Enlargement of lymph nodes can occur as an immune response of the body. Enlarged lymph glands are easily palpated in the neck, behind the ears, back of the head near the neck, armpits, and groin. Enlarged lymph nodes can be felt with sizes ranging from seed peas, marbles, or even bigger. Usually palpable rather chewy and like sliding under the skin.
KGB enlargement can be accompanied by complaints of fever, decreased appetite, coughing colds, sore throat and so on. KGB enlargement can be a sign of various diseases ranging from mild ones such as pharyngitis (sore throat), common cold, influenza, or to more severe diseases such as tuberculosis infections, cancer, or HIV / AIDS.
To make the diagnosis of the causes of enlargement of the KGB, doctors need to do a physical examination and other supporting examinations if needed such as blood laboratories, MRIs, CT scans, or biopsies. If the enlargement of the KGB is only due to an ordinary infection, it will reduce in size if the infection has healed. However, in severe conditions the KGB will be difficult to disappear and even increase in size and increase in number. To be sure, you can control again with your doctor to determine your condition. The doctor will replace or add medicine that is appropriate for your current situation. Try to get enough rest, consume foods with good nutrition and clean, consume enough water. Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
