Hello Des Desi, thank you for asking.

Mole or nevus pigmentosum is a skin condition caused by a buildup of melanin (pigment) on the surface of the skin. In general, nevus is not dangerous, as long as it is not enlarged or widened and is not painful. Using betel lime and soap will not remove the nevus, because the nevus is located so slightly into the skin. Nevus can be removed by incision, cautery or frozen surgery.

Betel lime is made from ingredients containing calcium that is compacted. Betel lime and soap should not irritate the skin. But if your skin is sensitive enough, then it might be a lump caused by an irritation or allergic reaction. You should check with your doctor so that your doctor can determine the type of skin disorder that you are experiencing. The treatment will be adjusted to the diagnosis. In the meantime, stop using the whiting so the symptoms don't continue.

Hopefully this answer is helpful. Regards.
