good afternoon, I want to ask, am I experiencing contipation or hemorrhoid? Before experiencing this, my bowel felt a little hard and there was a little blood but the shape was still normal, then recently I had difficulty removing the stool, it felt harder and the shape of a large round shape seemed to have no blood. guess what I experienced? how do i overcome it?
