Having Sex When The Puerperium Is Not Over?
My postpartum period hasn’t finished yet. The blood is still coming out. But my husband couldn’t help it. I gave birth to a cesarean. And when I do the pain in the open operation, outside or inside, it doesn’t hurt. I just felt a little bit when my husband started to put it in. The pain was like when I was a virgin. My husband used a condom so that it didn’t come out inside and trigger pregnancy again. And the movements that are done are also too many… So what about the stitches or my other intimate organsrnWould it be disturbing and fatal???? Please explain….rnThank you
Connecting during the puerperium where blood is still coming out can trigger several things, namely =
Irritation of the intimate organs.
So ideally sex should be done when the postpartum blood has not come out (clean).
Post-cesarean intercourse is not problematic as long as it does not cause complaints such as abdominal pain, pain in the incision, fever, urinary disorders, etc. The usual caesarean section will improve after 2 weeks and will recover completely after 3 months. So it's a good idea to keep your intimate organs clean and also the incision well so that complications don't occur.
To prevent pregnancy, carry out a contraceptive program according to applicable government regulations.
I hope this helps.
