Hello, good afternoon Evina.
HBV DNA examination is performed to determine the replication of hepatitis B virus in the blood or, the function of this test is usually used for monitoring therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B. From the results of your examination it appears that there is a decrease in HBV DNA levels.
I suggest that you continue to consult with the doctor who previously treated you, because after all, the doctor knows your condition, either from your medical history, physical examination, or the development of your previous lab results.
Do things that can maintain your health condition, such as adequate rest, eat nutritious foods, exercise regularly, avoid smoking and alcohol, and avoid stress.
I hope this helps.
Regards, dr. Denisa.
