Hello Arieslee, Thank you for the question.
1. What are the characteristics of the headache you feel and which part of the head hurts? Do you have any other symptoms? Has your doctor done a blood test to confirm you have anemia and to find the cause? Headaches can be caused by a variety of health conditions. Headaches can be caused by other conditions (secondary headaches) or not caused by other conditions (primary headaches). Primary headaches include tension headaches, cluster headaches, and migraines. Which includes secondary headaches such as headaches due to dehydration, anemia, infections in the body (ear infections, flu, sinusitis, meningitis, viral infections), eye refractive disorders, head injuries, and others. Blood tests will be done to confirm whether you have anemia and if it is proven that you have anemia, the doctor will carry out further blood tests to find out the cause of this anemia, for example iron deficiency, vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency, sickle cell anemia, aplastic anemia. , and others. The cause of anemia needs to be known with certainty to determine the next treatment. Please consult your doctor again if this complaint does not improve. Talk to your doctor about further tests if you are proven to have anemia. Try to find triggers for headaches and avoid them. Increase the consumption of nutritious foods and keep your body hydrated. You can try paracetamol to relieve headaches.
2. Within a day, human hair can generally fall out up to 100 strands. If the number of hair loss exceeds 100 strands per day, it may be due to certain conditions such as nutritional deficiencies, use of chemicals in hair, high stress levels, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, side effects of drugs, certain skin or autoimmune diseases. Please do the following suggestions:
wash your hair regularly with a mild shampoo. Don't scrub your hair too hard
avoid using chemicals on your hair such as hair dyes
avoid using a flat iron or hair dryer excessively
use a wide tooth comb
multiply the consumption of nutritious foods
don't forget to manage stress well
If hair loss is very worrying, please consult a dermatologist for further treatment.
3. Pain in the shoulders and upper back is generally caused by muscle tension, for example due to the wrong posture when sitting for a long time, bending over, or sleeping. Apart from this, this complaint can also be caused by injury, narrowing of the spine, pinched nerves, and so on. Please try to improve your posture when sitting for example when reading or working at a computer. Avoid working at the computer for too long without taking a break. Perform muscle stretching movements regularly. Also try to improve your sleeping position and replace your pillow with one that is more comfortable. If this complaint is very disturbing, or is accompanied by tingling in the hands, weakness in the hands, neck pain, fever, please consult your doctor immediately for further examination and treatment. Your doctor will need to examine you to find the cause so that they can provide the right treatment for you.
