Head, Back And Neck Feel Cold?
Hello,. It’s been 5 days that the head, back, back of the neck feel cold and piercing when other people feel warm. And it’s also not uncommon for my left hand to feel cold and numb too. I do not feel nauseous at all. I have taken vitamin B complex medicine but it still feels cold. Please explain the cause of the symptoms like this, thank you.

There are complaints of the head, neck, back and hands that feel piercing cold, even though people around you feel warm, then this condition is likely to be triggered by blood flow in related areas that are less than optimal. When blood flow to the head, neck and hands is not smooth, the supply of oxygen and food to the muscles and surrounding tissues is not optimal, causing complaints of cold or numbness. Some things that trigger blood disruption into certain parts are:
1. smoking or alcohol consumption
3. stress or anxiety
4. lack of healthy food intake, or late eating
5. lack of sleep
6. lack of exercise
If one or more of the triggering factors above you experience or feel, then you should start controlling for the next few days. Prevent and avoid these triggering factors, so that your condition will recover soon.
Several other medical conditions can also trigger the same complaint, such as:
1. Vitamin B deficiency
2. disorders of the body's mineral balance
4. nervous system disorders, such as nerve compression of the neck area
6. history of neck trauma
7. muscle stiffness around the head, neck to hands
8. thyroid disorders
If you have made prevention efforts in the next few days, but these complaints often recur and bother you, then you should consult directly with your family doctor or your neurologist. The doctor will conduct an interview regarding the appearance of this complaint. The doctor can also plan physical examinations and supporting examinations such as blood tests or radiological examinations. the results of the examination will be a reference for your care and treatment.
For now, several things you can do:
1. avoid the habit of late eating
2. avoid sleeping late
3. stretch from the head to your hands
4. apply warm compresses on the head to your hands
5. multiply the consumption of water and vegetables and fruit
Thus the info we can convey.
