Good evening, thanks for the question
During the acute phase of wound healing, many inflammatory mediator cells will be produced into the wound area as part of the normal healing process. Therefore it is natural to find symptoms of pain, swelling, or redness at the site of the wound and its surroundings. Pain and swelling in the wound area can be perceived as dizziness or headache. Headache can also be related to bruising in brain tissue, tension in the muscles around the head and neck, or due to side effects of treatment. If there is no significant injury in post-injury brain tissue, complaints of headache usually do not indicate a serious condition.
But in its development if you encounter the following symptoms along with headaches you should immediately consult a doctor, such as:
- Headache gets heavier
- Accompanied by complaints of nausea and vomiting
- Motor or speech disorders
- Always feeling sleepy
To reduce the symptoms of headache, you should do the following:
- Get enough rest
- Avoid caffeine consumption
- Start exercising lightly
- Avoid foods that can trigger headaches such as alcohol, food flavoring, cheese products
- Avoid using drugs outside of doctor's prescription
That's all, hope you can help
