Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com,
Low blood pressure or hypotension is a condition of systolic blood pressure below 90 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure below 60 mmHg. Normal blood pressure ranges between 90/60 mmHg and 120/80 mmHg, when measuring blood pressure in resting conditions (not done after exercise or activity).
Hypotension can be caused by several conditions such as:
Side effects of certain medications.
Disorders of hormone regulation.
Lack of nutrients such as vitamin B12
Acute bleeding conditions, anaphylactic reactions that cause shock.
Some symptoms that can be experienced by someone with hypotension are dizziness, headache, weakness, blurred vision, decreased concentration, seemed to lose balance, shortness of breath, until fainting. If you experience these symptoms that feel heavy, it is advisable to consult a doctor related to further examination and management. Avoid taking medication alone without doctor's instructions, avoid doing activities that are too strenuous, ensuring a regular eating pattern and adequate rest.
Hopefully this information can help you,
