Headache Accompanied By Nausea After The Accident?
Good evening .. I have a friend after an accident and then 1 day later he felt nauseous, headache, dizzy … how to deal with it ??? r n r nThank you.
Hi Sam Rosid,
After experiencing an accident, you should immediately take the accident victim to the nearest emergency room. A doctor's direct examination is required to find out if there are any symptoms of a head injury due to the accident. Especially if the victim does not use a safety guard (either in the form of a helmet for two-wheeled riders or a seat belt for four-wheeled riders)
Head injuries can be divided into 3 groups:
CKR - Minor head injury, most common. victim remains conscious, vital organ function is still good
CKS - Moderate head injury, the victim generally looks drowsy, there can be decreased organ function
CKB - Severe head injury, the victim is unconscious, does not respond to communication, looks large, bleeding profusely
It takes observation for 24 hours after the incident to determine the patient's condition whether the patient is well or not. Head injury conditions are generally handled by a neurologist. The doctor will recommend a CT scan of the head radiology to see the overall condition of the brain, whether there is a fracture in the skull or bleeding in the brain. After experiencing a head injury, there may also be further symptoms such as memory problems (amnesia), changes in behavior, impaired concentration, inability to move limbs, etc.
From the symptoms experienced by your friend after the incident, it is highly recommended that you immediately bring your friend for treatment to the nearest emergency room for further examination related to his condition.
