Thank you for your answer
Hello Nesia, Thank you for the question.
When you have an accident do your head crash? If yes, then the symptoms of dizziness that you experience are post concussion syndrome. Post concussion syndrome is a collection of symptoms that can occur after a head injury that can last for several weeks to several months after a head injury occurs. In addition to impacting the head, severe head movements can also cause post concussion syndrome. In addition to dizziness, sufferers can also experience complaints of headaches, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, tinnitus, blurred vision.
In addition to these conditions, dizziness can also be caused by sudden blood pressure drops, low blood sugar levels, anemia, dehydration, Meniere's disease, benign paroxysmal position vertigo, and others.
Please do the following suggestions:
multiply rest limit your physical activity avoid sudden changes in body position especially from sleeping to sitting, and sitting to standing consume at least 2 liters of water per day multiply consumption of nutritious foods If these complaints persist for 1 week or even worsen and interfere with your activities , please you immediately see a doctor. Your doctor needs to examine you to find out the cause before determining the next treatment for you.
Hopefully this information is useful.
