Hello Sweetly, thanks for the question for HealthReplies.com
Pregnancy often presents with disturbing symptoms including headaches, backaches, aches, and nausea and vomiting (especially in the first trimester). This is quite normal for all pregnant women, and in most cases does not require special treatment.
For headaches and aches that you experience, Paracetamol is an over-the-counter drug that tends to be safe for you to take in any trimester of your pregnancy. Some other things you can do include:
do a light massage on the head, back of the neck, shoulders, back, hands and feet, avoid massaging the stomach area
compress the sore area with a warm compress
keep active and do light exercise regularly according to your ability
eat nutritious food
drink a lot of water
Meanwhile, for the nausea you feel, here are some things you can do:
eat less but more often
Avoid foods that taste too sharp, too spicy, too fatty, and foods that smell sharp
don't skip mealtime
avoid lying down after eating
eat snacks when you wake up
eat whenever you can eat
if possible, have someone else cook for you
avoid drinking in the middle of a meal
get plenty of sleep and rest, especially when you feel tired and sleepy
avoid places that are too hot
You can also help reduce nausea by smelling lemon or ginger, drinking lemon juice or eating watermelon
You should always discuss the use of drugs with your obstetrician. If indeed there are disturbing symptoms in your pregnancy, you can also check with your obstetrician for evaluation and appropriate and safe management for your condition.
That's all the information I can give, hopefully it's useful
