Hello Ms. Noorhamdan,
Dizziness, weakness and headaches are complaints that often occur in pregnant women. This is due to hormonal changes that affect almost all organs of the body and also our bodies need more nutrients and fluids than usual.
Dizziness in pregnant women can be caused due to various reasons, including:
Sudden change of position, try to change position slowly
Anemia, usually due to iron deficiency. If you feel dizzy / headache and do not go away with rest, you should immediately go to a health facility to do a blood test
Lack of fluids, try to drink enough water
Low blood sugar
Hormonal changes that cause blood vessels to dilate so that the fetus gets enough oxygen and food
Making changes in position quickly can cause insufficient time for blood to reach the brain so that postural hypotension will occur. Usually this will disappear in a few seconds and is not a dangerous thing. But it should also be noted whether there are other causes. Therefore, you should check with your doctor / midwife immediately, if necessary you will be referred to a gynecologist or other related specialist.
Don't forget to control pregnancy regularly. Congratulations on getting pregnant, I hope you always stay healthy,
