Hello, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Headaches are many causes. Headache types are primary and secondary. Primary headaches are headaches caused by disruption in the structure of the head that is sensitive to pain. These types of headaches are tension headaches, migraines and cluster headaches. Secondary headaches are headaches caused by other causes and may not be related to the head. Examples of these headaches are the result of infections such as flu, sinusitis, metabolic disorders, tired eyes, tumors, and so forth.
Pain medications do not eliminate the cause, only reduce the pain. If you experience a secondary headache, the cause of the headache must be treated so that the pain disappears. Most headaches can go away on their own, but if they don't go away with rest and pain medication, consulting a doctor is the best thing to do.
Headaches that are aggravated by bowing can be caused by sinusitis, migraines and other headaches. You should immediately consult a neurologist for further treatment. Maybe you will need tests such as CT scans, x-rays, or laboratory tests to support the diagnosis.
