Hello Ratu Ayu, thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.
The use of gadgets (television, computers, mobile phones, etc.) which can cause a long enough condition called fatigue in the eye which can cause symptoms such as dizziness, eyes becoming heavier, eyes dry / watery a lot, eyesight becomes blurry, eyes become more sensitive to light, and also pain around the eyes. Even though this eye fatigue can happen to you, it's a good idea to check your condition with an ophthalmologist for further evaluation because there are a number of other possible conditions that cause similar complaints to you such as:
Increased need for minus, plus or cylindrical lenses in your glasses Vertigo Meniere's disease For now, you should limit the use of gadgets or do other things that might cause or aggravate your complaints. If your activity requires you to keep using your gadget you can try adjusting the lighting from the screen of your gadget, rest your eyes with the 20-20-20 method that is to switch vision to an object that is at least 20 feet away from you for 20 seconds and is done every 20 minutes while using your gadget. Also position your gadget screen so you look down, not up. In addition, continue to use your glasses as usual, if it feels uncomfortable, check your eyes immediately.
I hope this helps.
