Hey Riza,
Headaches can be caused by several problems that occur in the head area or as a result of other medical conditions that have symptoms or cause headaches. If you feel a lump on the head it can occur due to several possibilities such as:
Collision or trauma to the head An infection in the head that causes the accumulation of bacteria or pus so that it resembles a lump, infection can also occur in the hair roots causing small bumps on the scalp Headache so that the head feels enlarged Lipoma or fatty tissue that grows abnormally Formation of a sac filled with fluid or cysts. To be sure, it is best to have an immediate examination by a doctor to determine the cause. Some things that can be done to overcome this are by eating regularly, drinking plenty of water, getting enough rest, avoiding pressing or breaking the lump, taking pain relievers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, and avoiding wearing a head covering that is too tight. If accompanied by fever, severe headache, vomiting, feeling weak, or the lump is getting bigger, seek medical attention immediately to get immediate treatment.
