Headaches And Drowsiness Are Unbearable In The Morning?
Hi, I am only 25 years old and got married a month ago. It’s been a week later every morning I feel headaches and drowsiness is unbearable in the morning and that is when it interferes with my work. If I am pregnant, I feel that I don’t have the characteristics of nausea and fatigue. My menstrual cycle has also never been organized before, sometimes I can go back to 2 weeks or advance to a week before marriage. Are there other indications of disease? Thank you
Hello Dwi, thank you for asking.
Drowsiness or fatigue accompanied by discomfort in the head, can be caused by various things. Examples of conditions that might cause it are:
Fatigue due to work or physical activity. Sleep quality is not a good night's sleep. For example, people with sleep apnea, then unconsciously that person will wake up and back from sleep. As a result the morning the person will continue to feel drowsiness and fatigue, accompanied by difficulty concentrating. Psychic stress. Anemia. Changes in hormonal balance. Hypoglycemia. Dehydration Watch for any of the examples of conditions above that might happen to you. It is also possible that you are pregnant, because in some people, the signs of pregnancy are not as typical as in general. Do a test pack to make sure. If the results are vague, do it again at a distance of 2 weeks (if before the second test pack you get your period, then you are not pregnant). If the results are positive, consult an obstetrician. If the results are negative but you continue to experience symptoms, consult your internist. Your doctor may need to analyze your blood sample.
Thus my answer, hopefully useful. Regards.
