Headaches That Disappear?
Let me introduce myself, I’m Heasardard, 22 years old. On July 30 morning (6:30 a.m.) yesterday when I was sleeping, suddenly my head was very painful, and it lasted for 2 hours (more or less). After that I tried to take medication for headaches, and as usual the pain disappeared. Then a few moments later the pain recurred, then after taking the pain medicine disappeared again. And that happens to this day. Whereas before I had never had any illness, let alone related to the head. What symptoms should I have? .. Please enlighten me and the solution
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Headaches can be caused by many possibilities. In general, headaches can be divided into 2, primary headaches and secondary headaches. Primary headaches are headaches where there are no specific diseases, such as tension headaches, migraine headaches, and cluster headaches. Secondary headaches are headaches that arise due to certain diseases, for example:
infection of the teeth or gums
Prodromal symptoms of infection
post head injury
infection of the brain or the lining of the brain
drug side effects
and many other possible causes
Pad basically if your headache is really sick to wake you up from sleep, you are advised to immediately check yourself into a neurologist. The cause of your headache must be immediately identified so that treatment can be given in accordance with the cause. Your doctor can do a physical examination and neurological examination of you and propose additional examinations such as blood tests, CT scans, or MRI of the head to help find out the cause. You should not delay the examination to the doctor because of a very severe headache that comes suddenly to wake someone from sleep, including one of the signs of danger of headaches (headache warning sign).
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
