Health Control Uses BPJS Referral?
I want to ask. To re-control with the same illness diagnosis in hospitals using BPJS does it require referral from health facilities 1 again?
When patients go for treatment with BPJS, there are certain rules in the referral. One of them is the patient must seek treatment at the health facility / health facility 1 listed on the BPJS card. If it cannot be handled in Health Facility 1, the doctor will refer the patient to Health Facility 2 in accordance with the applicable regulations, and so on.
For referral letters only valid 1x. Furthermore, if there is a need for control in the referral facility and if you are given a certificate of re-control, then you can use the re-control letter directly without having to look for references again. But if you are not given a re-control letter, then you need to look for a referral back at Health Facility 1.
For more details, you can ask directly to the BPJS officer or officers in phase 1 and your referral health facilities.
Hope it helps you,
