Hello. I want to ask .. Lately, it’s been less than 4 months since I feel that my heart is often beating fast, within 10-15 minutes, my heartbeat is normal after that. I want to start eating fried rice that is over spicy at the beginning .. Now until now I eat a little spicy heart began to spread. I also have heartburn .. In the end, my stomach often recurs. . I guess the danger is that my heart will beat a lot. I have seen a doctor but there is no pain. But my heart still thumps often now.

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com

before that spicy food can irritate the stomach especially those who already have a history of heartburn. stomach ulcers that often recur are caused by improper lifestyle and eating patterns. heartburn can usually be cured by changing our lifestyle and food habits, medicine is only as a helper, if the ulcer continues to recur can cause chronic stomach ulcers and can cause complications, so do not be disgruntled heartburn. actually heart palpitations instead of just having heart problems, there are several causes of palpitations, one of which is because of your illness because of your improper diet. there are several causes including:

wrong lifestyle: Frequent consumption of caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, tea and energy drinks; love to spicy foods; lack of sleep and rest, heavy and intense exercise, smoking and drinking alcohol
triggered by psychological factors: panic attacks, anxiety or fear, stress or anxiety
certain diseases or conditions: dehydration, hypotension, low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia), thyroid disease and anemia
side effects of some drugs: blood pressure medications, asthma drugs, fungal drugs, antidepressants and anthistamines
heart disease and heart rhythm disorders

if you have done a physical examination and an EKG examination and it is stated that you do not have heart disease, it is caused by one of the above, if the heart palpitations are felt once in a while and only temporarily you do not need to worry, but if experienced continuously accompanied by tightness and pain in your chest can immediately consult a doctor or the nearest hospital, to conduct an examination and find out the cause by carrying out various examinations so that it will provide proper handling.

There are several things you can do:

avoid foods that trigger your heartburn or your heart palpitations
light exercise for 30 minutes every day
relieve anxiety and stress with methods such as yoga, meditation, breathing, or aromatherapy.
drink plenty of water at least 2 liters a day

A way that can last in the long run to avoid palpitations is to adopt a healthy lifestyle and avoid excessive stress as much as possible.
