Morning doctor. I’m a man aged 34 years.. In this month I have had a heart that beats wildly almost all the time, especially when I want to sleep sometimes it also disappears.. Is this normal and what are the signs of heart disease..it doesn’t hurt, but it doesn’t bother me comfortable and anxious.rnThank you doctor

1 Answer:

Dear Randy,

Heart that feels more pounding than usual can be caused by a disease or condition that is temporary, here are the possibilities:

anxiety, heavy physical exercise, moderate fever, hormonal changes, consumption of caffeinated beverages, nicotine or smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages/drunk, consumption of drugs containing pseudoephedrine, salbutamol, terbutaline, drug abuse, heart rhythm disturbances
You can consult a specialist in internal medicine to find out the cause. The doctor will provide therapy according to your actual condition.

You can do this advice:

keep positive thinking avoid doing excessive physical activity manage stress well reduce drinking coffee quit smoking or avoid smoking including exposure to cigarette smoke from other people who smoke avoid eating too many fatty foods
Hopefully useful and greetings,

dr. Ron
