Hello Dadang, Thank you for the question.
Gallstones are conditions where a material resembles a stone in a gallbladder. Gallbladder is an organ that functions to store bile, which plays a role in the digestive process. Symptoms usually begin to appear in patients if these stones block the bile ducts. Symptoms experienced by sufferers are upper right peurt pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, jaundice, dark urine, fever. If gallstones do not get proper treatment, this condition can cause inflammation / infection of bile (cholecystitis) or inflammation / infection in the biliary tract (cholangitis).
If the symptoms of abdominal pain have recurred and the symptoms of abdominal pain that appear so severe that they can not move at all, please take your mother to the emergency room nearest hospital so that doctors can immediately provide treatment to your mother. The general practitioner at the ER will refer your mother to a surgeon at the hospital so that further treatment can be given. Handling of gallstones is by surgical removal of the gallbladder. Surgery is also usually followed by antibiotics. If not treated immediately, this condition can cause more serious complications such as severe infections in the body (sepsis). While waiting to be taken to the nearest emergency room, you can give your mother paracetamol to help with temporary stomach pain.
Hopefully this information helps you.
