Heavy Breathing With Back Pain?

ok . I want to ask. Why is it that every night my breath always feels like it’s stuffy.. I always want to take a deep breath, even though in the morning and afternoon my breath is normal. And in the evening, I’m like an airless person and I always want to take a long (deep) breath and want my spine to always be curved. Please explain.. 🙏🙏🙏

Good Dinnie,
difficult breathing sensations such as stuffy or tightness, can come from problems in the respiratory system, or other systems outside of breathing. It is important for you to know what problems can occur which are characterized by difficulty breathing, namely:
asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, namely damage to lung tissue from air pollution such as cigarette smoke, factory lung infections, heart problems such as heart attacks or heart failure, problems with the stomach, such as stomach acid rising into the throat, stuffy due to psychological conditions. it is important for you to consult a doctor to find out the exact cause behind your shortness of breath. It is also important for you to maintain stomach health which may be the cause of the shortness of breath you feel, such as by reducing spicy foods, coconut milk, or caffeinated drinks. Also get used to not lying down immediately after eating for at least 2 hours to avoid stomach acid rising into the throat. Here we attach an article about shortness of breath. Hope it is useful.
