Hello Yenny, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Reading your complaint, the complaint is quite natural to occur due to injury (though minimal) in the tissue in your chest and breast area such as the muscles, fat or ribs in the area.
In general, minor injuries are harmless and can recover automatically over time, but if the injury is severe enough to cause a fracture or crack on the ribs (although it is quite rare) it is very likely that this condition requires further treatment.
Meanwhile, due to a recent complaint, you are allowed to take pain relievers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen at the dosage that is on the packaging and you are also allowed to do light massage in the area using topical medication to relieve pain. Try also not to let your child do that again because it can cause more severe injury.
If the complaint is felt to be increasingly burdensome or causes shortness of breath, it is recommended that you consult the doctor further for further evaluation and determination of therapy.
I hope this helps.
