Hemoglobin Deficiency During Pregnancy?
I am 22 years old, 7 months gestational. A few days ago I was told to check the lab with the midwife at the health center, then the result was that my HB was low even though before the dose of vitamin added the blood had been added, I also had not consumed caffeine. add blood to increase my hb The question is whether milo is included in chocolate that should not be consumed? Because almost every night I always consume warm milo before going to sleep Thank you
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com.
Chocolate milo is included in foods that contain chocolate.
If indeed you are advised to reduce eating chocolate food, then milo must be reduced. Maybe it can be replaced with other milk which is only white.
Things to do:
1. Increase consumption of foods containing lots of iron such as red meat
2. Take tablets with blood
3. Consume vitamin C and eat lots of fruit
So hopefully useful :)
