Good morning, I have high blood pressure, I am 21 years old. I have never checked up, I know I know that I have high blood pressure, last check-up 141/97, anything that affects the BP, the last 1 year was my lifestyle unhealthy because the thesis deadline often sleeps nights and often consumes junk food at night but 2 months I am on a diet and I am trying a healthy lifestyle, but why does my TD actually go up (initially around 130). And I’m worried that the TD will affect the results of the MCU when the test apply for a job. The second question is what should be done before the MCU so that my TD is not high when the test is done? Thank you
