High Fever Accompanied By Dizziness, Muscle Aches, Nausea, And Chapped Lips?
Permission to ask, so 6 days ago my body suddenly had a high fever and then the next day it was followed by cracked lips, even though I felt that water consumption was enough then dizziness and also muscle aches, then the high fever lasted only for 1 night. The next day the fever had gone down and since the third day the fever had disappeared along with the muscle aches, I also had constipation a few days before I had the fever and today I was limp and nauseous. Is my illness typhus? And if it is true, can I be said to be on the verge of recovering because many symptoms have disappeared? Then can typhus be cured without medication?
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Based on the complaint you made, there are several possibilities that can cause similar complaints. To get the right treatment it is necessary to know the cause of the complaint it is necessary to do a history and direct physical examination. Some possibilities include:
Mild infections can generally heal on their own even without undergoing treatment. Whereas typhoid infection is generally characterized by the presence of an old fever which is usually more than 1 week with a high tendency of fever at night and the day of the fever is higher.
For the time being you can do include:
Consume lots of water
Get enough sleep and rest, 7-9 hours per day
Avoid exhausting overly strenuous activities
Eat healthy and high fiber foods
Do not smoke
Do not consume alcohol
If necessary, you can take over-the-counter pain and fever medications at pharmacies such as paracetamol
If your complaint does not improve or you are worried you should check with your nearest doctor for further examination and treatment related to your condition
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
