Hips Ache And Ache When Walking?
Hello good Morning. Permission to ask. I’m still 19 years old. I always go everywhere by foot and fast tempo. 700-900m distance I can take +/- 10 minutes. However, after I vacation for 1 month and rarely walk, around the hip, I feel sick and aching. It’s been 2 months but hasn’t healed yet. Is that the influence of my brisk walking habits? And how do I deal with it? Thank you
Thank you for the question.
Pain and pain around the hips can be caused by several things, such as:
Tension / dislocated tissue around the hips.
Inflammation of the connective tissue of the hip.
Pinched nerve condition.
These conditions are greatly affected by injuries, improper sitting and standing positions, lack of exercise, improper use of shoes, and the habit of carrying heavy items. Here are the things you can do to relieve symptoms:
Compress the painful area with cold water and take a shower with warm water.
Take pain relievers that can be bought freely.
Avoid excessive activity.
Stretch after waking up and before going to sleep.
Paying attention to sitting and walking positions that are good and right.
If the complaint does not improve with treatment, there is a worsening, complaints accompanied by urination disorders, there is severe pain and also spread, you can consult a doctor.
Hopefully this information can help and hopefully get well soon.
