Even though I really like sambel – cahhatOther symptoms are also sometimes well like lemes tea. In fact, yeah, if I go away, even though the distance is close, the lemes are amazing when I go home. What are the signs of that tea? Thanks in advance for listening to me.
Hello, Thank you for the question.
Do cold feet and hand complaints always occur when you have a fever? Fever is a condition when the body's central temperature rises, which is more than 37.2 degrees Celsius. The hypothalamus gland located in the brain has a role in regulating body temperature. The presence of an agent which is either an infectious or non-infectious agent can stimulate the hypothalamus to cause an increase in the body's central temperature by activating the nervous system by stimulating muscle contraction so that it causes chills to produce heat and causes constriction of blood vessels in the peripheral / edge of the body. Narrowing of blood vessels in the periphery of the body is what causes the feet and hands to feel cold and look pale when there is fever.
If this complaint is not related to fever, then some of the causes are Raynaud's syndrome, anemia, diabetes, peripheral arterial disease, or hypothyroidism.
Constipation is a condition when a person defecates less frequently (less than 3 times per week), causing harder stools and difficult to come out. The cause of constipation is triggered by various factors such as consuming less high-fiber foods, consuming less fluids, being less active, side effects of consuming drugs, disorders of intestinal muscles, disorders of the nerves that move the intestines, hormonal disorders, mental health disorders, and habits ignoring the desire of bowel movements. In addition to having enough water, you are also advised to:
increase consumption of high fiber foods such as vegetables, fruits, and nuts
actively moving for example doing regular exercise
avoid the habit of holding BAB '
Avoid taking drugs that have side effects of constipation
If you have done this but you are still experiencing constipation, please consult further with your doctor for further tests.
Complaints that you feel can also be caused by a variety of health conditions both physical and psychological. Some causes of complaints of weakness are lack of nutrition, anemia, dehydration, low blood sugar levels, diabetes, hypothyroidism, depression, anxiety disorders, difficulty sleeping, and others.
The best step you can do now is to consult with a specialist in internal medicine. Doctors need more information about your complaint, examine your physical, and conduct additional tests such as blood tests to find out the cause. After confirming the cause, the new doctor can provide appropriate treatment.
To deal with cold feet and hands, it is recommended that you avoid exposure to cold air and wear warmer clothing or use blankets or socks. If you have a fever, you can take paracetamol. Usually to rest at least 6-8 hours per day, eat nutritious foods, manage stress well, and exercise regularly.
Hopefully this information is useful for you.
