Good night, lately I feel excessive anxiety and feelings of uneasy. Loss of appetite and can’t sleep well. Sometimes even feel nauseous to want to vomit. I was afraid to face my senior in the office, because I was often snapped and scolded. This has been going on for about a year. And day by day anxiety and panic become increasingly. I didn’t even have the courage to refuse whatever was ordered, even though my heart said I didn’t want to. And I often feel shocked, panicked and nervous when working. How to handle it?
