Good evening, I want to ask How do I release the anger that I feel ?. I am currently in the thesis preparation stage. To be honest, I experienced a delay in the preparation of the thesis so that it made people around me worry. The preparation of this thesis really makes me stressed, anxious and so on so that it also impacts on my menstrual cycle being not smooth. The preparation of this thesis also makes me depressed with people around me. I know they are worried, but I feel the words issued by them, especially my parents instead of giving motivation to me, even more burdensome to me. So that sometimes I feel angry, upset, hate arises then the chest becomes tight as if something is up. When this happens I just stay quiet for fear of hurting people around me.
