How Do You Make An 11-month Baby Want To Eat Solid Food Other Than Milk?
I want to ask my children, who are 11 months old, now I don’t want to go for months, what’s the cra for so I want to eat again?
Hello Lhizs Shity,
Infants aged> 6 months already need other foods as a complement to breast milk to meet their daily nutritional needs. Some mothers encounter problems that their children have difficulty eating or do not want other foods besides breast milk. Causes of children having difficulty eating include:
Babies teething, feeling ache and pain in the gums especially when chewing makes children avoid solid / hard food
Rejecting new foods, babies feel strange seeing the shape / appearance or taste of new foods that you introduce
The baby is too full because it is given milk / milk
Other health problems
Some ways you can do to encourage children to go back to eating are:
Try to use natural processed ingredients, not instant foods
Make food softer or in the form of porridge
Introduce types of food one by one, do not be too often struggling to change food at first
Limit consumption of milk / breast milk or give milk / milk after the child has finished eating his portion
Give praise when the child wants to eat
Encourage your child to eat with other children who have a good appetite, so that it triggers his appetite
Take your child to the doctor if you feel weight loss, bowel movement patterns, and delayed development. Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
