How To Calculate Fertile Period To Plan Pregnancy?
Hi, I am 24 years old, I got married on December 28, 2017, normally I have regular menstruation, but after I got married I had my period on January 6 and was 1 week late, my test pack was still negative and the next day on February 11 I immediately got stuck. What I want to ask is, does tespack affect menstruation? and I want to know when is the fertile period to have a peek with my husband? thanks
For every couple, especially for those who are newly married, of course, they want to have children as soon as possible. But you need to know in advance your fertile period so that the fertilization process can occur which allows you to get pregnant immediately. You can listen clearly here regarding the calculation of a woman's fertile period.
For the relationship between doing a testpack and then the next day menstruation is actually not related. You should not rush to do a testpack, but it is indeed a longing for every woman if her period is late, it does not rule out the possibility of entering a pregnancy period. Testpack is an early pregnancy test using a tool in the form of a stick, this tool serves to detect the HCG hormone which usually increases 2x when entering pregnancy. So it is more advisable to use a testpack 9-12 days after a missed period. There are some signs that you need to pay attention to when entering pregnancy, namely: pain such as during menstruation, there are spots or blood spots, breasts look bigger and feel painful, no appetite, frequent urination or nausea.
Harmony and patience of each partner are important in expecting a baby. Keeping healthy with a nutritious diet, adequate rest, regular exercise and managing stress are important for every woman who is doing the program to have children.
That's my explanation. Hopefully it's useful. Thank you
