My baby is HPL 25/9/19 but was born on 8/25/19 with HPHT 12/17/18.

Hello Siti, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
If based on calculations using HPHT and assuming that your menstrual cycle repeats every 28 days on a regular basis, then on 25-8-2019, your new gestational age enters 35-36 weeks' gestation. At this gestational age, it is approaching the ideal age for childbirth, which is 37-40 weeks, but if your child is born, then it is still stated as a premature birth (less months).
However, to be sure, it is highly recommended to re-check the history / pregnancy record and give birth to your child, or ask back to the midwife / obstetrician who used to help your child to be born because whether your child was born prematurely or not can also be seen based on the results first inspection by the midwife / doctor when your child has just been born.
I hope this helps.
