How To Calculate The Menstrual Cycle?
I want to ask, can the normal menstrual cycle count be calculated from the beginning of menstruation until after or after the menstrual period until after? Yes? Please help enlighten me, thank you.
Thank you for the question.
Menstrual cycle is defined as the distance between the first day of menstruation each month. For example, if the last time you menstruated on December 28, 2019, then you returned your period on January 28, 2020, then that means your menstrual cycle was:
Menstrual cycle = 28 January 2020 - 28 December 2019
Menstrual cycle = 32 days
The normal menstrual cycle is between 21 and 35 days. Understanding of the menstrual cycle is an important function, one of which is to predict when the most appropriate time to have sex so that the potential for pregnancy is greater (fertility). In this way, pregnancy planning efforts can be done more easily.
Hope this helps ...
