Good morning, I was hit by large ulcers in the armpits, buttocks and thighs. After checking it’s practically a bacterial infection. Afucid and cefadroxil monohydrate were also given control a week later. Tomorrow night I have a fever and in the morning my boils burst, pus and blood come out. I cleaned it with alcohol and I covered it with gauze. Is that correct? How do I get boils to dry quickly and no more LG infections? Thanks.

1 Answer:

Hello, thank you for consulting with us on Basically boils are skin diseases that can grow in any part of the body, but often occur in the neck, face, thighs, buttocks and armpits. Besides boils can develop and contain pus. The main cause of ulcers is an infection from a bacterium called Staphylococcus aureus which is often found on the skin and in the human nose. Factors that influence ulcers include:

direct contact with other sufferers who have skin hygiene that is not maintained by a weak immune system due to other medical conditions such as HIV, diabetes or being chemotherapy started from other skin problems such as acne or eczema. For ulcers that have ruptured, it requires treatment that must be really painstaking, so that boils that break do not develop into more severe infections due to contamination with other bacteria such as cellulitis, osteomyelitis, sepsis. Here are some steps that you need to consider in dealing with ulcers that break independently at home:

before washing your hands thoroughly using antibacterial soap before you touch and treat your boils clean gently (gently and precisely) on the infected area using antibacterial soap. After that, clean again using boiled water that has cooled / better NaCl solution using sterile gauze. Clean and dry if dry. Apply antibiotic ointment to the infected area. Replace the bandage with steps like the above as much as 2 to 3 times a day depending on the area and how dirty the bandages that cover clean the boils immediately if the bandages covering it already look very dirty even though not yet. including dressing schedule dressing wash your hands after treating your boils wounds keep the bandages clean if you are doing activities outside the house washing clothes or bed sheets that are contaminated with hot water and dry them with a high temperature dryer so the bacteria die, if you can't dry under the sun blazing sun. If you find it difficult to do so, then you can go to the nearest health service such as a clinic or health center to treat your ulcer sores. Don't forget to always pay attention to your food intake, choose foods that are nutritious and healthy and take care of your skin condition to avoid bacterial infections by bathing regularly every day using an antiseptic soap that matches your skin. Thus we can convey, hopefully our information can be useful for you. thanks.
