Acne can also be called acne vulgaris. Acne is a medical condition that is characterized by spots until reddish ulcers that can appear on the face, neck, back, and chest. Acne is based on inflammation / inflammation due to blockage of hair follicles by oil and dead skin cells, if not treated adequately, the number and size can grow, and can form a pus-filled sac.
In acne conditions can be caused by several factors, including excessive sebum production, blockage due to dead skin cells in hair follicles, bacterial colonization of Propionibacterium acnes, disruption of hormone regulation (such as certain glandular diseases of the body, puberty, or pre menstruation ). Unhygienic and oily skin conditions can also be a risk factor for acne.
To overcome the condition that you are experiencing, where an enlarged ulcer has been found, it can be caused by enlarged acne. But it can also be caused by an allergic reaction to a certain food or treatment, an irritant reaction to the use of certain facial products, a bacterial infection in the area of acne or boils that have arisen. It is advisable to consult a doctor or dermatologist regarding further examination and management.
Not recommended to use self-medication without doctor's instructions, maintain adequate facial hygiene, use a mask when traveling to reduce exposure to dust and dirt on the face, adjust the facial treatment regimen to the type of face you have (oily face, easy to sweat, or dry), avoid scratching scratching or trying to solve the boils or swelling that you experience.
