Hello Mr. Aldi

Sprue is very disturbing the comfort of the mouth. Canker sores are characterized by sores in the mouth, gums, tongue, cheeks, lips, and roof of the mouth. This condition is caused by a lack of iron or vitamin B12, injury or damage to the lining of the mouth, side effects of drugs, hormonal changes, consuming foods such as spicy foods and coffee, smoking and psychological conditions. Usually canker sores will recover in about 1 or 2 weeks. To reduce pain due to canker sores, you can use toothpaste that does not contain ingredients that trigger irritation such as sodium laurel, avoid triggers for canker sores, consume hard, spicy, sour, and hot foods until the wound heals. Check with your doctor if canker sores occur frequently, do not heal within 3 weeks, and the pain is severe and red, indicating an infection.

Hopefully useful, thank you
