Always afraid of being shunned … always saying self-loathing. Always asking yourself whether I have become a good friend to them? And when I answered not … I immediately cried unclear. because here there are no psychologists .. I tried to search on google .. some say depression some say stress .. I’m confused why I’m like this … Please help and the solution yes … Thank you very much ..
Hello Chikka! Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Depression is a serious illness that can cause mood changes or moods to become negative. This can affect the way a person thinks and behaves. From your story, there really is a possibility that you will experience depression, especially if you have experienced these symptoms for more than 2 weeks. Like any disease in general, help from a doctor is needed to overcome the problem of depression. The most appropriate doctor for this is a mental health specialist or also called a psychiatrist. If there is no psychiatrist in your area, you can see a general practitioner first. Your GP will examine your condition. Tell me about the mood disorder you are feeling and how it has affected your life. If it really feels necessary, your doctor may still recommend you to be referred to the nearest psychiatrist. The doctor will explain this to you. Doctors and psychiatrists will help you manage your thoughts and feelings better, so you can live better. Your doctor or psychiatrist may also provide medication to help you. In the meantime, try to tell this to your family or the closest people you trust. The support of family and loved ones is very important in dealing with this disease.
That's all information from me. I hope this helps.
