How To Deal With Itching And Swelling Allergies When Exercising?
I want to ask, why every time I exercise I feel itching on my head and it continues to spread throughout my body and then it will cause itching and swelling throughout my body. Does this include allergic to exercise dik?
Hello Yusuf, thank you for asking.
In some people allergic reactions can occur during exercise or physical activity which results in perspiration. Symptoms can include itching during activity, can also be accompanied by redness and spread bumps (urticaria). Symptoms will go away on their own when someone is resting.
Some people can indeed experience these reactions, often called atopy. Sometimes a person appears biduran (urticaria) when exposed to heat, or cold, or moist, and so on.
The mechanism is not entirely clear, but is thought to be due to the response of immune cells that secrete histamine substances that stimulate itching and biduran. The condition cannot be cured but can be controlled. You can control the portion of your exercise and increase it gradually to your comfort level. Wear special sports clothes so that sweat can be absorbed so as to minimize the possibility of itching.
As long as you don't experience shortness of breath, you don't need to worry. If the symptoms are suddenly accompanied by shortness of breath and a sense of fainting, stop the activity and consult a doctor. Drink enough water during exercise to reduce the risk of dehydration. If you have doubts about your condition, consult a dermatologist.
Hope this answer helps. Regards.
