If so, how many days? If not, how to deal with this itching?
Thank you for the question
Herpes Simplex disease is a disease caused by the Herpes Simplex virus (HSV). There are 2 types of this disease: HSV 1 and HSV 2. HSV1 is usually in the mouth area and HSV2 in the pubic area. Symptoms of this viral infection are water-filled spots on the genitals accompanied by burning, burning and itching. This disease is a sexually transmitted disease.
Itching is not only the Herpes Simplex infection. As for other causes that can cause itching in the pubic area:
Fungal infections such as Candidiasis Bacterial infections such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhea Parasitic infections such as lice, Trichomoniasis Irritation due to the use of certain substances on the genitals such as soap, condoms Skin diseases such as allergies, psoriasis Drug eruptions: a side effect of diabetes drugs Further examination is needed to determine the cause of itching on the genitals. For this reason, an examination by a specialist in skin and venereal diseases is required.
As for the suggestions that I can give:
keep your pubic area clean, replace your underwear if it's damp or wet, keep your ideal body weight so you are not obese, check your blood sugar levels, avoid using substances that can irritate your genitals, use condoms during sexual intercourse, do not change sexual partners to prevent sexual partners from happening re-infection Hope that helps. Thanks.
