hello, at first I felt a sore throat, I thought it was just normal hot and usually after my throat hurts I would get a fever, after the fever subsided the pain in my throat would not go away where normally the sore throat would disappear. I didn’t really care about my sore throat because in my opinion it was a common thing. then a few days later my gums started to bleed which at first I thought happened because I brushed my teeth and brushing teeth too often, then in a place where the bleeding gums had a little hole in my teeth that caused food to get stuck and if I hit a toothbrush it would bleed again. after I saw the photos on Google I was afraid that what happened to me was oral cancer.

Hello meissa

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com

I understand your concern, before that you have to make sure first by checking the condition of your gums directly, whether the gum is hollow or the tooth area is hollow. Perforated gums can occur due to dental growth, or due to gum inflammation.

gingivitis occurs in a person due to bacteria in the mouth that causes plaque buildup. In addition, the sticky coating on bacteria can increase the risk of tooth decay and gum disease. This buildup causes the gums to become inflamed and bleed when brushing teeth. If this is not treated, it can cause gum disease.

radanggusi that occurs can develop into gum infections. When the gums become inflamed and shrink, they will start to pull away from the teeth and make a bag where bacteria can accumulate. Someone will begin to realize something is wrong with the gums when they have gum infection. The infection will cause pain when chewing, sores in the mouth, until tooth loss.

whereas a sore throat can be caused due to your diseased gums, and can also be caused by other causes such as viral infections that cause flu, irritation due to smoke, dust and pollen, increased stomach acid disease and dry air.

to be sure you should consult a dentist, this should not be underestimated, so that the dentist can do a direct examination, by looking at the condition of your gums and teeth and your mouth, the doctor will find the cause and treat according to the cause. whether it is necessary only with medication or the need for tooth extraction and surgery depends on the doctor who will examine you.

There are several things you can do:

You should brush your teeth the right way. Brush your teeth after eating and before going to bed twice a day. Use a soft toothbrush and the size of a small head so that it can reach the back of the area. Use dental floss to clean up stubborn dirt. rinse with mouthwash to kill bacteria. consuming foods containing vitamin C and calcium which can minimize the risk of gum inflammation. multiply drinking water so that the condition of the mouth is not dry so the info we can give hopefully can help you

thank you
