How To Deal With Problems Often Daydreaming, Suicide Plans And Depression?
I am 17 years old, I feel depressed. When I was 14-15 years old that was my hardest time. I get angry easily and experience insomnia when. I also cry often. But symptoms have been reduced at this time. It’s just that my daydreaming habits haven’t completely disappeared. I feel that the person looks nimble and sluggish since I feel depressed. I love daydreaming and daydreaming. I often fantasize about taking revenge on other people and often also fantasize or plan to commit suicide. Even though I think like that, I’ve never done both. What’s the solution? This makes it difficult for me to concentrate and stay focused. Thank you.
Hello Evelyn, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Depression is a diagnosis of a psychiatric condition that can only be made after an examination of a person's psychological status by a psychiatrist and whether the complaint and psychological status meet certain criteria to state the diagnosis of depression. Without a doctor's examination, the diagnosis cannot be made, moreover only on the basis of the patient's feelings.
Therefore, you should consult further with a psychiatrist, regarding all complaints and problems that you experience so that you can determine how your psychological status, whether you have psychiatric disorders or not, what the disorder and the therapeutic part that should be given to you next.
For now, it is not recommended that you continue to think that you are experiencing depression without clear evidence from your doctor. Try to think positively, do various activities that you like and divert your attention with positive activities every time you feel sad or start thinking negatively.
If you experience a problem, solve it well and slowly, and don't avoid it because the problem will definitely be there throughout your life. Share your complaints and your problems with others if they help you. Do recreation or meditation if necessary to help restore positive thoughts and your happiness. Also get closer to God and your family as your main support for the problems you face.
I hope this helps.
