Good evening, it has been a few days since I felt upset, emotional, worried, afraid of loss and sadness to this day. Physically I felt nauseous, had lumbago, abdominal pain, and my head felt heavy. Could it be a symptom of stress? Is it dangerous?
Stress is a term used to refer to tension both physically and mentally (psychically) which generally occurs due to stressors (causes of stress, for example conflict).
