Hello Sumall,

Thank you for the question.

Feelings of discomfort when interacting with others, easy emotional difficulties, until the desire to commit suicide after losing a loved one may be part of the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). PTSD itself can produce various clinical symptoms, not only as you experience it, but can also cause disturbing memories (such as memory when you are with your parents), a tendency to avoid certain situations (such as social situations, or don't want to recall people old people who are gone), negative thoughts and moods (including being lazy to do activities that were previously liked, not sensitive to environmental conditions, the desire to hurt oneself, to suicide), as well as physical and emotional changes (such as becoming more irritable, often fatigue, difficulty concentrating, trembling, anxiety, sleep disturbance, feeling guilty), and so on. This condition often appears about 1 month after the traumatic event (including if you have lost a loved one, such as an elderly person).

In addition to PTSD, other conditions, such as depression, delusional disorders, personality disorders, to schizophrenia can also cause complaints like you are experiencing right now. This condition should be examined IMMEDIATELY to a doctor or psychiatric specialist, so that serious complications can be avoided. Usually, the doctor will first conduct an in-depth psychiatric interview, before finally concluding whether your condition is indeed a psychiatric disorder, and if so, what sort of treatment is appropriate.

Our initial advice for you:

Busy your days with productive activities, such as studying, working, honing hobbies, exercising, and so on
Try to always think positive, don't blame yourself, others, or the destiny of life that God has designed for you
Rest assured, that life and death are entirely the power of God, and know that God is the best regulator of one's destiny
Don't over think or worry about something, let it flow according to God's destiny, just do the activity according to your best ability
Don't depend on humans, improve the quality of your worship, and depend only on God
Keep yourself away from cigarettes, drugs and alcohol, and always live a healthy lifestyle
Enough rest, do not stay up late, also eat regularly

Hope this helps ...
