How To Deal With The Problem Of Maladaptive Daydreaming?
I am a sufferer of maladaptive daydreaming from my grade 1 junior high school until now my grade 2 vocational school I am already comfortable with this but I think if I continue to let it be good for me?
Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Maladaptive daydreaming is a conditional that is characterized by intense imaginary habits that cause a person to experience distraction or diversion from social and academic life, and work. In contrast to disorders such as schizophrenia, in this case someone realizes that what he is thinking is just not real.
Related to your question, if it has disrupted the quality of your life such as disrupting social life, academic life, and disrupting work productivity, of course it is not very good. Therefore, we advise you to consult a psychiatric specialist regarding future treatment.
That is all and thank you
