Previously needed information related to the history of the food you consume. Foods that often involve the throat include small fish bones, candy, medicinal tablets, etc. Disturbing sensations in the throat can also be caused by medical conditions including lumps inside and outside the throat such as cancer and thyroid disease, laryngitis, or caused by stomach acid disorders such as GERD due to increased stomach acid to the esophagus.
Tonsils are also called tonsils, which are near the base of the tongue, right at the entrance of the throat. Tonsils consist of right and left tonsils which if enlarged are often caused by infection or congenital conditions. Enlarged tonsils generally will not cause complaints other than snoring during sleep until breathing difficulties. But it will feel painful when swallowing if swollen due to infection.
I suggest that you check yourself to the ENT specialist to have an evaluation of your throat. To help reduce complaints, try to continue to increase fluid consumption, avoid temporarily foods that have the potential to aggravate complaints, and get enough rest.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
