How To Deal With Trauma And Suicidal Ideation?
ok, I’m a 3rd grade high school student.. actually this has been happening for a long time, but I just realized it 2 months ago. I had a trauma 4 years ago, and until now that trauma can’t go away. And from that trauma/event, I feel that this is not who I really am.. 4 years ago after that incident I always had nightmares, dreams about that incident that traumatized me. There was a time when I wanted to kill myself and that has happened until now, I am not enthusiastic about school, I feel that my presence in any environment is not important, I prefer to be alone, I often fantasize, I feel even if I tell people about my condition closest, surely they think I’m weird and crazy, I’ve tried it and their response to me describes that I’m weird .. and for the last 2 months I’m sleepy, I’ve tried to help use sleeping pills and once took 3 tablets and it has no effect on me, I still can’t sleep.. and I feel as if I’m imprisoned by myself, and I also experience ups and downs in mood. And until now I’ve always tried to act like I’m fine in front of many people, I’m starting to worry about my condition..rnPlease answer my question.. so that I know why I am, and I can overcome it.. rnThank you doctor..
