I want to ask, I’m 19 years old. Since the age of 16 I have always experienced pain in my back and neck until now, my body feels very tired and aching, even now I often feel pins and needles in my legs and arms, my concentration ability is decreased, emotions become unstable, besides that I also often experience paralysis during sleep.
